CardExchange — Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At CardExchange, customer satisfaction and platform trust are our highest priorities. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when and how buyers or sellers may request refunds for transactions made on cardexchange.in.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Verified Cards (purchased via checkout): Refunds are eligible only if the purchased gift card is found invalid, already used, expired, or has lesser balance than claimed, provided the buyer reports it within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Unverified Listings: Since these are peer-to-peer listings, CardExchange does not handle payments or refunds. Buyers and sellers are responsible for resolving their own transactions.
  • To request a refund, the buyer must submit clear proof — such as screenshots, transaction ID, and brand error message — to support@cardexchange.in.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Incorrect card redemption attempt by buyer.
  • Delay in reporting issue (after 24 hours of delivery).
  • Partial usage or redemption after delivery confirmation.
  • Unverified listings or off-platform transactions.

4. Refund Process

Once a valid refund claim is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. If the issue involves a seller, CardExchange may temporarily hold the seller’s payout during investigation.

5. Seller Responsibility

Sellers must ensure the gift card is valid, active, and unused before listing. If a refund arises due to seller error, misrepresentation, or fraud, the refund amount will be deducted from the seller’s payout or future balance. Repeated offenses may result in permanent suspension.

6. Cancellation Policy

Buyers may cancel an order before payment is confirmed or while the status is “Pending”. Once payment is processed or card is delivered, the order cannot be canceled.

7. Dispute Handling

All disputes must be raised via support@cardexchange.in with complete details. CardExchange will mediate between buyer and seller and make a fair decision based on available evidence.
